Foodlands, Abu Dhabi
The multi cuisine restaurants Foodlands is a favourite eating spot with the local
and the expatriate crowd in Abu Dhabi. Located on Airport Road, opposite to Al Manhal
Palace, it is conveniently accessible from any part of the city. Serving Indian, Arabic, Chinese and Continental cuisine, the buffet and a
la carte options are priced reasonably with emphasis on quality and authenticity. Only the
choicest ingredients go into the cooking of the dish. Vegetarians will be happy to know
that their food is cooked in a separate kitchen. The Foodlands restaurant also has a
separate section for families.
While it can comfortably accommodate 200 customers, the fine décor and friendly staff
enhances the experience.
You can start your day with a continental breakfast or try out a typical South Indian
breakfast with crisp dosas and soft idlis served with chutney and sambar followed by
sheera (dessert). You could also choose any of the other dishes on the Breakfast Menu.
A favourite with the lunch crowd is the International
Buffet Lunch for Dhs 35 net with a selection of dishes from popular cuisines of the
world.
The a la carte menu also offers an extensive range
of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Dessert is a sweet affair with the Indian, Arabic
and Continental favourites.

12:00 noon to 3:15 pm/ Dinner: 6:30 pm to 12:15 am
South Indian snacks are served between 3:30 pm till 12.30 am.
