Emilam Industries Introduction Emilam Industries LLC is the first company in the entire Gulf region to manufacture a vast range of laminated Melamine Faced Medium Density Fiber (MDF) Boards. Located in the Jebel Ali Industrial Area, the plant has been installed at cost of over AED 5 Million (US$ 1.5 million). All major equipments including the Short Cycle Press was imported from Germany and installed under the supervision of German Consultants. Emilam's state of art machinery produces superior quality of boards that conforms to the international quality specifications of European Standards. The present production capacity is 1000 Boards per day. These boards find wide applications in interior decoration, partitions, construction and the furnishing industry. Available in varying shades, designs and sizes, these authentic looking designs and colors are a distinguishing feature of Emilam boards. The wooden series especially are a favorite with European and American clientele. Emilam's products are already quite popular in UAE as well in other countries including Oman, Kuwait and KSA.

Product Availability
Emilam has 50 designs; each with thickness ranging from 4mm to 25mm including 4 plain, 35 Wood grains and 11 Metallic colors. The Boards are supplied with matching Edge Bending with PVC or Melamine. Besides inventory of Edge Lipping, inventories have also been maintained to cater to specific requirements of customers. The Standard size is 8'x4' with 18 mm thickness. Special sizes can also be custom made at short notice.

The company has an excellent track record in their two years of operations and has successfully produced and marketed Emilam Boards to several important clients in the GCC. Since orders received far exceeded expectations, Emilam intends to expand in a big way by doubling the capacity in the near future. Emilam is also planning for diversification into higher value added products in future.

The boards are sold both by way of direct sale and through wholesalers, traders and distributors both in UAE and GCC countries. Prior to the entry of Emilam in the regional market, traders used to import the boards from Spain or Denmark. This was expensive, time consuming and the customers had to choose from the available designs. Emilam therefore has tremendous advantage over its competitors to cater to specific requirements of customers. Besides it can ensure faster deliveries and is cost effective.
